SEARCHING FOR A PRODUCT
How do I search by brand?
The quickest way to find your favorite brand is by using our 'Shop By Brand' option. The 'Shop By Brand' search boxis located in the right corner of every page on www.myperfectbeauty.com. Open the pull down menu under 'Shop By' and choose 'By Brand'. Then a pull down list will come up in the 'Search' box, click on the brand that you are interested in. The brands are listed alphabetically.
How else can I search for a product?
You can also search by keyword. Type in any word associated with the product you are looking for in the search box on the right hand corner of the website and click 'Go'.
TELL A FRIEND
How do I tell a friend about a product they might love?
When viewing a particular product, you will see a 'Tell a Friend' option under the product's description. When this link is clicked, a box will pop up asking for your name and your friend's e-mail address. Once this information is filled out, an e-mail will be sent to your friend with a message from you, an image of the product and a link to the product on www.myperfectbeauty.com.
WISH LIST
I love a product but I am not ready to buy it yet. How do I use the wish list?
The Wish List is so easy to use. When viewing a particular product, you will see an 'Add to Wish List' option under the product's description. When this link is clicked, this particular item will be added to your wish list.
How do I view my wish list?
To go back to your wish list that you just put together, click on 'Wish List' on the very top of the website. If you are looking for a wish list that you saved, log in to your account and you will be able to then view your wish list by clicking the link on the very top of the website.
How do I save my wish list?
To save your wish list so that you are able to view it in the future, you must log in to your Perfect Beauty account or create an account that will only take a minute.
I am ready to buy a product from my wish list. How do I put in my shopping cart?
Click on 'wish list' on the very top of the website to view your list. Once you find the items you are ready to purchase, simple check the box to the left of the products. Then click 'Move to Cart' on the bottom of the wish list. Your products will be put into your cart for you to purchase.

How do I view my shopping cart?
To view your shopping cart, simply click on the 'shopping cart' link on the very top of the website.
How do I continue shopping after I place an item in the cart?
Once you have placed an item in your cart or are looking at your shopping cart, it is very easy to continue shopping. Simply click on the link that says 'Continue Shopping' . This link will take you to the area of the website where you last were browsing.
How do I redeem a coupon or discount code?
To redeem your coupon or dicount code, firs put your chosen products into the shoppin cart. When checking out, it will ask you if you have an coupon code. Type in the code in that box and click apply. The amount or discount will be deducted from your total order.
I am returning customer, do I need to login to continue checking out?
Yes, you need to log in to your account when prompted to continue chcking out. Once your check out cart appears again, you may edit your ship to or bill to infomation by clicking the edit button in each box.
I am a new customer. Do I need to register?
Yes, when checking out you will be prompted to complete a very simple registration. This allows us to e-mail you when items are shipped and for tracking orders and allows for easy checkouts in the future. Once you are registered, you will be able to log in during each visit to www.myperfectbeauty.com to view wishlists, your order history and more.
How do I log in to my account?
On the very top of the website you will see a 'Login' link. Once this is clicked, you will see that returning customers only need to put in their e-mail address and password. New Customers, need to register and create an account, this will take less than a minute.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you click on 'Login' on the very top of the website, you will see the words 'returning customers' on the right hand side. Under the request for e-mail and password, you will see a link that says 'Forgot Your Password?' . This link will help you retrieve your password.
Where do I find the security code on my credit card?
On American Express Cards, the 4 digit security code can be found above the credit card number. For Mastercard, Visa and Discover - the security code can be found on the back of the card - it would be the last 4 digits of the number you find on the back of the card.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped

Is my shopping experience with Perfect Beauty secure and safe?
When your registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL. Perfect Beauty uses an advanced form of SSL software available: 256-bit encryption by GeoTrust.
GIFTS & E-GIFT CERTIFICATES
How do I find the perfect gift?
Trying to stay within a budget? Browse our Gifts section to view gifts by price. You can also view gifts by recipient type. In the Gift section, you have the option to also purchase e-gift certificates, if you need a gift in a hurry.
How do I send an e-gift certificate?
Perfect Beauty's online e-gift certificates can be purchased in the Gifts section. The e-gift certificate can be enjoyed anytime - there is no expiration date. The recipient must have a valid e-mail address and web access in order to receive and redeem their online e-gift certificate. The recipient's e-mail address is required during the purchase process so that we can e-mail the e-gift certificate code and instructions along with your personalized message. e-gift certificates are e-mailed 24 hours after submitting your order. Please note that e-gift certificates are not considered to be merchandise and are shipped electronically for free.
How do I redeem my e-gift certificate?
When you were e-mailed your e-gift certificate, you were given a code to use. To redeem your gift certificate, put your chosen products into the shoppin cart. When checking out, it will ask you if you have an coupon or gift certificate code. Type in the code in that box and click apply. The amount of the gift certificate will be deducted from your total order.
How can I send a gift?
Sending a gift is very simple. Place all the items that you would like to send your gift recipient into the shopping cart. When you are finished, click checkout. Proceed to checkout, making sure that the ship to address is that of your gift recipient. If you would like the order gift wrapped, please check off the box in your shopping cart and include a gift card message if you so desire.
How much does gift wrapping cost?
Gift Wrapping is free of charge. All gifts are elegantly boxed in our light blue and brown signature colors.
When will I receive my free samples?
Free samples are shipped with every order, enjoy!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours within receipt of order. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day.
How is my order shipped?
All standard orders are shipped with UPS Ground. If you need your package expedited, you have a choice of using UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Overnight.
Can I track my order?
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your order during its shipping at www.ups.com
How can I get free shipping?
Free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. is available on orders of $75.00 or more.
How much will my shipping cost?
At checkout, you can fill in your shipping zip code and choose your preferred method of shipping. A shipping cost will be automatically be generated for you to view.
Do you ship outside the USA?

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO addresses. Please feel free to e-mail us your order we will e-mail back a confirmation along with shipping rates. You can also call us at (800) 694-4866. All APO shipments are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes. Please note, all orders going to PO Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
RETURN POLICY
What is your Return Policy?
Perfect Beauty accepts returns on any unused and unopened products
within 15 days of receipt. We will not accept returns on opened or used
merchandise. Sale items are not returnable.
How do I return a product?
Please call 800.694.4866 or email info@myperfectbeauty.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
A full credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise in Perfect Beauty's warehouse. Shipping is not credited unless it is an error made by Perfect Beauty.
